NOTE ABOUT part 2&3
With the assignment the % increase and decrease is comparing aircraft 5 to aircraft 1-4
You will show the % of difference (positive or negative)
And then you will highlight / point out: Overall of all of the part numbers
1: Which one part number showed the largest % increase in price
2: Which one part number showed the largets % increase in price
